Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What vaccinations does my cat need to stay with you?
A: As per the licence conditions; a current vaccination record card must be presented prior to a cat's boarding. Vaccinations required are for infectious feline enteritis, feline respiratory disease and FeLV and any other relevant diseases. Vaccinations must have been completed 4 weeks before the first date of boarding. A shorter time period is only acceptable for booster vaccinations, or where suitable veterinary evidence is provided. Cats must also be treated for worms and fleas in advance of their stay to avoid any spreading.
Q: How do I make a booking?
A: If you are ready to make a booking, simply fill in the relevant form on the Booking Request tab. We will respond within 4 business hours. Once we confirm there is space, then a deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. All Cattery fees are to be paid in advance of the cat's stay, by either a bank transfer or by a cash payment.
Q: When can I drop off / collect my cat?
A: Drop off and collection are by appointment only. We have found that this works best as when tending to the cats throughout the day it is not always possible to respond to an unscheduled customer visit in a timely manner - as you would expect; we do take the safety of your pets very seriously. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. [A collection service may be possible - please contact us for details]
Q: What are the rates?

Q: What bedding do you provide?
A: All pens have a cat basket with bedding. However, we wish our Cattery visitors to feel at home and so owners are welcome to bring their cat’s own soft bedding, or any comfort items, for use during their cat's stay (please note: these should have been recently laundered).
Q: What food do you provide?
A: We provide quality branded foods, e.g. Felix, Wiskas & IAMs.
